PP special halogen free flame retardant is a kind of P-N series intumescent special flame retardant by graft modification and formulation of halogen free assisting agent we developed according to the structural features of polyethylene. Product features: high flame retardant efficiency, less dosage, high cost performance, no precipitation, no migration, good waterproof (70℃ for 24hr), good dispersibility, small effect on PP physical property, new type halogen environmental friendly product.

Application scope:
Suitable for homopolymerize and copolymerized PP, PE, EVA and polyolefin elastomer.
Suggested dosage and processing:
According to customers' needs, add 25&-30% to PP can reach level UL-94V-0
Processing: Suitable for extrusion molding and injection molding. Suggested processing temperature is in the range of 170-195℃.
Pay attention to texhause. Vacuum exhaust is the best. For the difference between temperature error of different extruding machine, customers can adjsut the temperature in accordance with different situation. The temperature better not exceed 220℃.
